The Regulus Treaty has failed. Non-compliance is running rampant through the galaxy.

Bring the full weight of the Human Force for Peace to bear, wherever you may encounter an enemy, especially those using drones to fight their wars. That was never allowed under Regulus. Humanity is going to make them pay for violating the treaty that was keeping Earth safe.
